Personal Data Collection

In accordance with French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (as amended), relating to information technology, data files, and civil liberties, users are hereby informed that the Publisher collects and processes personal data when connecting to the Website.

Purposes of Data Collection

The data collected is primarily used to:

  • Enable the provision of the platform
  • Optimize and secure the service
  • Provide users with the highest quality service possible

Additional data may be collected as necessary for the proper execution of commercial contracts entered into through the platform.

User Rights

Users have the right to access, query, modify, and delete their personal information at any time by contacting the Publisher:

Data Sharing

The information collected may be shared with third parties located in the European Union in the following cases:

  • When the user publishes publicly accessible information
  • When the user expressly consents
  • When required by law or to cooperate with a judicial investigation
  • For the execution of commercial services requiring third-party cooperation

Data Retention

Personal data collected will only be retained for the time necessary to:

Cookies

The Website uses "cookies" as defined by the CNIL (French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty):

A cookie is a small file stored by a server on a user's device (computer, phone, etc.) and associated with a web domain. This file is automatically sent back during subsequent interactions with the same domain.

Cookies have multiple uses: they can be used to remember your customer ID, the contents of your shopping cart, the display language, an identifier for tracking your browsing for statistical or advertising purposes, etc.

Cookies Used

The Website sets only the cookies it needs in order to work. It uses no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie, and no third-party tracker:

  • i18n_locale: remembers the language the Website is read in.
  • miroir_booking_admin: keeps a studio operator signed in to the administration dashboard. It is never set for a visitor booking a session.
  • miroir_booking_oauth: secures an operator's sign-in with Google. It lasts ten minutes and is deleted once the sign-in completes.

Local Storage

The Website also keeps the booking being filled in (the studio, the options, the dates, and the contact details entered) in the browser's local storage, so that a reload, or the detour through the payment provider, does not cost the visitor their form. It stays on the device, is sent nowhere other than when the booking is submitted, and is removed by clearing the browser's site data.

These cookies and this local storage are strictly necessary to provide the service requested, or record a display preference. As none of them is used for tracking or advertising purposes, the Website does not display a consent banner.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images (animated or otherwise), video sequences, sounds, and all software applications that may be used to operate the Website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They are the full and complete property of the Publisher or its partners, unless otherwise specified.

Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written consent of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited.

Only use for private purposes within a family circle is permitted. Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and/or infringement of neighboring rights, punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.

The Website may contain hyperlinks providing access to other websites published and managed by third parties. The Publisher shall not be held directly or indirectly liable if said third-party websites fail to comply with legal requirements.

The creation of hyperlinks to the Website may only be made with the prior written authorization of the Publisher.
