Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the booking of studio sessions on booking.miroir.co (the "Website"), published by OneClickStudio, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €10,000.00, registered with the Meaux Trade and Companies Register under number 890 115 363, whose registered office is at 2 Avenue Johannes Gutenberg, 77700 Serris, France (the "Publisher").

They apply both to clients acting as consumers, within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code, and to clients acting for professional purposes. Clauses that apply to only one of the two are marked as such.

Accepting these Terms is a condition of booking. They are accepted when the client ticks the box provided for that purpose before payment, and the version accepted is recorded with the booking.

2. The Service

The Publisher makes recording studios available by the hour, with an operator present, together with the options the client selects when booking:

  • Premix, a mixed audio and video recording, produced for every session.
  • ISO files, the separate audio and video sources.
  • Live stream to a destination agreed in advance.
  • Remote participants, allowing people to join the session remotely.
  • 4K UHD capture, subject to the studio being licensed for it.
  • Setup meeting, a paid appointment of one hour at the studio, held before the session, to configure the stream destination and the assets.

A session is booked for a given studio, a given date and a whole number of hours.

3. Booking and Formation of the Contract

The client selects a studio, a slot, a duration and the options, then enters their contact details and chooses a four-digit access code.

Submitting the booking holds the selected slots for thirty (30) minutes, during which the client completes payment. A booking that is not paid within that time lapses and its slots are released.

The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed by the payment service provider. The client then receives a confirmation email carrying their access code and the details of the session.

4. Prices

Prices are those displayed on the Website at the time of booking. They comprise the studio's hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours booked, plus the price of each option selected, some of which are charged per booking and others per hour, as indicated.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, at the rate of 20%. The Publisher's intra-community VAT number is FR24890115363. The same prices apply to consumers and to business clients.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full when booking. It is taken through Stripe, the Publisher's payment service provider, on a page hosted by Stripe. The Publisher does not hold the client's card details at any point.

No other payment arrangement is offered. Every client, whether a consumer or a business, pays in full when booking; the Publisher does not offer payment on invoice or on account.

6. Cancellation and Modification

By the client. A booking may be cancelled from the client's booking page until forty-eight (48) hours before it begins. Where a booking includes a setup meeting, that deadline runs from the setup meeting, being the earlier of the two. Past that point the booking can no longer be cancelled by the client.

A cancellation made in time gives rise to a refund. The slots are released when the cancellation is recorded, whether or not the refund succeeds; where the payment service provider refuses it, the client is informed and the Publisher settles the refund by other means.

By the Publisher. The Publisher may cancel or move a booking, in particular where the studio becomes unavailable. In that case it informs the client and refunds the booking in full.

Moving a booking. Within the same window, until forty-eight (48) hours before it begins, the client may move their booking to another slot from their booking page instead of cancelling it, subject to the studio being free at the requested slot. A booking that includes a setup meeting moves both slots at once, the meeting staying before the session. Past that point the booking can no longer be moved.

Moving a booking changes its dates and times only. The studio, the length of the session and the options it was booked with are unchanged, so the price is unchanged and nothing further is charged or refunded. A client who wants to change any of those asks the Publisher at contact@miroir.co, which is granted subject to availability and to payment of any difference in price.

No fee is charged for cancelling or moving a booking within that window.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers. A studio session is a leisure service supplied on a date agreed when booking. Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, such services are excluded from the right of withdrawal, and the client therefore has no right of withdrawal once the booking is confirmed.

The cancellation and moving arrangements set out in article 6 apply in its place.

8. Access to the Studio

The client is given a Director account on the studio, opened at the start of their session and protected by the four-digit code they chose when booking. The account is theirs alone; the client is responsible for keeping the code confidential.

The studio is available for the hours booked. The session ends at the booked time, when the recording stops and the account is closed again.

Attendance. A studio admits at most eight (8) people, the client included.

Late arrival and absence. The session ends at the hour booked whatever time the client arrives, and the time lost is not made up or refunded. A client who does not attend is not refunded, the cancellation window having closed forty-eight hours earlier.

Care of the premises and equipment. The client uses the premises and the equipment with due care, and answers for any damage caused by them or by the people they bring, beyond normal wear. Any incident or damage is reported to the operator before leaving.

The equipment is operated by the operator present. The client does not move, re-cable or reconfigure it, and does not connect equipment of their own without the operator's agreement. Food and drink are allowed only where the operator indicates.

Insurance. Business clients hold professional liability insurance covering their activity on the premises and provide proof of it on request. Consumers are expected to be covered for accidental damage by their personal liability insurance.

Prohibited uses. The studio may not be used to produce or broadcast content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or that infringes the rights of others. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the premises, nor are animals other than assistance animals, nor unaccompanied minors. A booking is personal to the client and may not be resold or transferred.

The operator may stop a session that breaches these rules. Where they do, the session is treated as having been held and no refund is due.

9. Recordings and Delivery

The recordings made during the session belong to the client, who is solely responsible for their content and for the rights attaching to it.

Where the studio is configured with a delivery destination that issues share links, being Dropbox or Frame.io, the client receives a link to each recording once the transfer has completed, by email at the end of the session. Where the destination does not issue links, the recordings are delivered to that destination without one.

The recordings are deleted from the studio after the retention period set by the studio, which is seven (7) days by default. Copies already delivered to the client's destination are not affected. It is for the client to retrieve their recordings within that period.

10. Liability

Where a technical failure prevents a session from being held, or interrupts it, the Publisher refunds the booking in proportion to the part of the session that could not be held. A session interrupted and resumed within its booked hours gives rise to no refund.

Being arranged.

11. Personal Data

The personal data collected when booking is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Consumer Mediation

Consumers. A client who has raised a complaint with the Publisher in writing and has not obtained satisfaction may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge.

Being arranged.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, and any dispute arising from them falls to the French courts.

Consumers. A consumer may in any event bring proceedings before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was made, or where the harmful event occurred. Nothing in these Terms deprives them of that right, nor of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the country in which they live.
